Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
We want EVERY ONE to have a great experience with us!
We understand that life happens and we would like for everyone to try our pottery experience. So with that, whether you are needing to cancel within 24 hours of your reservation due to an emergency or something unexpected has come up, we are more than happy to reschedule you for a future date. A full refund is available up until 24 hours before the scheduled reservation.
Pottery Completion timeline
You should get a text message notifying you when your pottery is ready for pickup (typically 2-4 weeks) If you don’t, please call or TEXT (385) 832-7516. We will reach out 4 times to notify and remind you that your pottery is ready for pickup.
