Rescheduling & Cancelation Policy
We understand that life happens and we would like for everyone to try our pottery experience. So with that, whether you are needing to cancel within 24 hours of your reservation due to an emergency or something unexpected has come up, we are more than happy to reschedule you for a future date. A full refund is available up until 24 hours before the scheduled reservation. Please call or TEXT (385) 832-7516 if you need to reschedule or cancel and we’ll be sure to help get you taken care of!
All Pottery Goes To Heaven!
You should get a text message notifying you when your pottery is ready for pickup (typically 4-6 weeks or sooner from the reservation date.) If you don’t, please call or TEXT (385) 832-7516. We will reach out 4 times to notify and remind you that your little kreations are ready for pickup.
Shipping is available and prices vary with destination and amount of pottery being shipped. We will send up to 4 text reminders and 30 days/4 weeks from the date of the first text reminder that your pieces are ready for pickup, your pottery will become property of THE KREATIVE KILN and will be handled with as seems fit by THE KREATIVE KILN. This applies to abandoned Pottery Experience pieces, Open Studio pieces, and canceled Kreative Membership pieces.
